I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Herencia Hotel. The charming, old-world character of the villa was good, and I loved the magical rooftop area. However, the small room size and some maintenance issues, like a leaky sink and weak water pressure, were disappointing. Overall, it was a unique experience, but I might not choose it for a long stay.

My room was cozy and had a lovely old-fashioned vibe, though it was quite small, which made moving around with luggage a bit tricky. The air-conditioning worked well, but the bed was hard, and the bathroom space was limited.

The gorgeous architecture and peaceful courtyard set a relaxing vibe, although the check-in process was a bit confusing since staff weren't always available. Overall, I'd recommend it for its charm and friendly service.

My room was cozy and romantic, although a bit small and no windows. Still, the decor was stunning and the huge shower was a bonus. Just a heads-up, the tile floor can be chilly, so bring slippers!

The location was ideal, just steps from major attractions, and the open-air courtyard was a lovely escape. However, I did encounter minor inconveniences with security and some noise from neighbors at times.

My stay at Villa Herencia Hotel was mostly enjoyable thanks to its fantastic location in Old San Juan and charming ambiance. I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and accommodating, which enhanced my experience. However, the breakfast offerings were somewhat basic, and the rooms were a bit on the small side, which could be improved. Overall, the character of the hotel and its proximity to attractions more than made up for these minor drawbacks.
